The St. John's Boys' Choir

The St. John's Boys' Choir offers an enriching experience in music education with an emphasis in vocal music, as well as the socializing experiences of shared enterprise, fellowship, cultural awareness, and touring for boys ages 8-15. The choir promotes vocal music education in Central Minnesota and offers the unique experience of a well-trained boys' choir to its audiences.

Like singing and making new friends? SJBC will hold annual auditions in January for boys between the ages of 8 and 10. An informational meeting will be held for all families on Monday, January 23 and auditions will take place on Saturday, January 28. The Concert Choir will travel to Madison, WI to sing in the famous Overture Center (pictured) as part of the 2012 American Choral Directors' Association North Central Division Conference. The boys are one of only three boychoirs across the US invited to perform at one of the seven division conferences taking place over the next two months. The boys will then travel to LaCrosse, WI where they will meet up with the LaCrosse Boychoir and minister at liturgies at St. Joseph the Workman Cathedral and at St. Rose Convent.
